On being good to yourself.

Breathe.
Believe.

Sing. 
Stand.
Share.

Laugh.
Love.
Learn.

Dance.
Dream. 
Dare.

Do these things every day.

Bring your wildest ideas to the table. 
Breathe in spirit. Breathe out strength.
Believe in yourself first and others will follow suit.

Sing along to the music in your heart
Stand up for your truth even when no one else does.
Share your life with all who need it.

Laugh at yourself to take your ego down a notch.
Love yourself exactly as you are.
Learn to be still in a world that never stops moving.

Dance to get rid of the day's tension.
Dream of your highest, best good every single day.
Dare to dream and dream to dare.

Be for yourself.
